“Great place to stay. My partner and I booked a last minute night away here last week and didn’t expect too much, just wanted a room to stay. We were pleasantly surprised however and the room istelf was lovely, very clean and modern. We ate dinner and breakfast in the pub and the food was really lovely, service was great and very welcoming. We honestly had no complaints and would 100% recommend!”

“Sunday Lunch – Booked during the week, thanks to a friends recommendation and was not disappointed, the carvery was amazing, the best we have seen around the area, vegetables green instead of wilting away – crispy potatoes and pink beef (yum). The chef on the carvery even convinced my daughter to have some carrots – normally she won’t touch any veg – we were impressed. The team were great, could see they were struggling but clearly had a sign upon entry stating understaffed due to illness. We will definitely be returning – thanks walhampton team”

“Such a good experience – Went for a carvery with some friends this Sunday, 27th of February. The service was quick and efficient and all done will a smile. The food was impressive and the chef carving was lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a yummy treat on a Sunday. The atmosphere was booming as well.
